When did John marry Judith?

John and Judith Twitchin had the following children;
Grace b. St Anne's Soho 1775 (looking for a marriage or burial)
John b. St Anne's Soho  1776 (I think he's mine)
Sarah b.St Anne's Soho 1777 (looking for a marriage or burial)
Thomas b.St Anne's Soho 1778 died Fulham 1798 aged 20
Robert b.unknown died Fulham 1820 aged 36
George b.unknown died Fulham 1817 aged 25

I have the will of John (Fulham1805),husband of Judith, and he left everything to 'Jude'(sic) his wife.
John 1775 fits my tree and I am pursuing this now.

The questions I pose are how can I determine when did John marry Judith and what was Judith's maiden name?
