Lookup request please Richardson Kirkby Thore

Please help me locate Matthew Richardson b abt 1837/8/9 Kirkby Thore Westmorland.
All I know is that is what was said in 1901/91 census in Durham. In 81 he states Brough, Westmorland.
As I don't know those areas I am puzzled!

It is a possibility that his father was called Mark. Huh

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

This is the 1851 for Kirkby Stephen Westmoreland.  No actual address shown and no relationship shown between Mary & the children - assumed to be her children

Mary Richardson 35 - can't determine her marital status - servant
born ? Leundick Cumberland
Matthew 12 b Kirkby Thore (KT)
Mark 11 b KT
Luke 9 b KT
Joseph 6 KT
John 3 b Brough
Mary 7 KT
Ann 1 Brough

Oh fabulous! was that at a workhouse? I had wondered if they ended up in a workhouse due to been widowed early?  Sorry just re read where u state no actual address shown!
