Hello Friends,

Could someone please do a look-up for me on the 1831 census
of Newcastle Under Lyme to find me "JAMES ALLEN" and his wife "HANNAH" and their 4 children William, Thomas, Ann and Samuel ALLEN.

Going by the 1841 census they were living at Lower Green.
James Allen should be 50 years and Hannah 30 years.

Hi children

Generally speaking, 1831 census no longer exists and where it does it rarely contains the names and ages of people.  1841 is the first to do this.  I don't know if the one you are looking has survived, but I wouldn't hold out much hope of it yielding the information you are looking for.  Sad
