The family George, Jane, Juliah & Thomas from reg district 2143 (above) I have located in St. Werburgh but their surname is "Bassendine", and they are also listed under this surname in 1861. This leads me to presume that their name has been mis-transcribed on the 1851 name index CD.

i thing you are right on the Bassendean on the 1841 census, i could only find that name in the 2143 piece on the 1851, and came across it much later on too
