Can anyone help me.

For years I have been searching for father of ancestor mentioned in marriage record Newcastle Upon Tyne Northumberland. 1867

Marriage between James Sandford age 23 comedian father
James McClay Sandford solicitor.
Margaret Archer age 23 father Robert Archer coffee roaster
They both lived in Hanover Square Newcastle.

I have found Archer families,but after years of searching have just found the following.

Database: Somersetshire and Bristol Directory 1889.

James McClay Sandford Kelly`s Directory Of Somersetshire, with the City of Bristol Page 317.

I am having difficulty reading this it shows group of people X3 Sandford is one but no James McClay mentioned. I think this group of people are ?? land owners.
James McClay Sandford is an uncommon name and this entry is the first one I have found.
Can anyone help??
