PaulE on the BBC
(now that has a good ring to it!)

On the Magazine part of BBC News today is an article on PaulE's innovation on starting off the excellent monthly "RootsChat Challenges" and the "Censuswack".

It's a lovely article by Rob Liddle. We're thrilled to see on of our fellow RootsChatters acknowledged - and thanks you to all of you who have contributed to the topics which have made them so interesting. Smiley

Clears throat while unfolding speech: Ahem!

None of this would have been possible without Rootschat and the friendliest bunch of folk you'll find anywhere on a 'www'.   Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the Challenges up to now - I thought they'd be popular ... but not THIS popular! Shocked

Oh ... and thanks mum!

Who can beat being on the BBC website twice in a week then. Just spotted the article on 'census whacking' etc. How cool, well done again to Trystan and Sarah and of course, Paul E, with out whom the world of arm chair geneaoloigists would be a slightly less busy place.
