Clark/ e Former Manager of Burgh of PortGlasgow Gas Works

I'm looking to see if anybody could help me with any info on a Mr Clark/e who was a Gas engineer who was also a manager of The Burgh of Port Glasgow Gas works, i don't have any dates, but i am looking for his son, for my pals family tree, for some reason i don't have his name or anything, i have got that his wife's maiden name was McGlashen.

you could look through these but I am afraid with a common name
like Clark/e you will need some more info
although he may have been a manager in the Port Glasgow gas works
he could have lived in either Port Glasgow or Greenock
