Hello

If possible may I have details of the marriage taking place in Witham in the last quarter of 1858 please?  The FreeBMD entry shows:

Marriages Dec 1858

CANT  Emma    Witham  4a 580   
Clark  Robert     Witham  4a 580

In the 1851 census Emma is working at Terling Place.

I'm particularly interested in the bride's family - mother should be Susan but what is her father's name?

Hi, just been to Chelmsford RO, looked at Witham PR for all 1858 &1859... your couple isn't there, so they must have married in one of the smaller places nearby (anyone's guess) for which Witham is the registration.  You will have to get the cert and take your leads from there, I'm afraid. Cry
