Clift or Cleft family in or near Denham

I am interested in finding out anything I can about the Clift (or possibly Cleft) family living in Denham Suffolk from early 1700's or before. I have scant knowledge of Mary Plumb marrying Edward Clift and then of their children Ann Mary Edward James

I have an Elizabeth Anne Clift......born c1784 God knows where!

Married 1813 Lawford Essex to William Allison (born?) Bramford Ipswich.

I cannot find a thing on her, although I am aware that there were Clifts in Colchester for a number of years pre 1970.

If you find a link, I would welcome knowing.
