1841 Census - Davis/Davies

Hi
I am trying to find the following family on the 1841 Census

James Davis/Davies b 1807 Brinsley
Frances b 1818 Whitwick
Owen b 1834 Whitwick
William b 1837 Whitwick
John b 1840/41 Ibstock

They moved to Nottingham shortly after John was born as the next child was born there in 1842.

According to IGI James Davis/Davies Married Frances Plant 25 Dec 1834 in Whitwick
Hope this is enough info

Whitwick.
1834.
Following Banns.

But I could only found this Family in Coalville 1841. :-

Parish of Whitwick
Coalville.
James Davies. 35. Cordwainer.
Frances. 40.
Marry Annie. 20.
Mary. 7.

All NOT born within the County.

HO 107 / 596 / 18 / Page. 31.
Whitwick.
Loughborough Road.

William Plant. 55. Bodger.
Sarah. 50.
Josie. 20.

All born within the County.

Thank-you for looking not sure if the james and frances you found are mine, but i'm sure the william and sarah plant you found are Frances Plant's parents.
Baptism found again on IGI Fanny plant 1819 Whitwick.
If there not in Leicestershire or Nottingham maybe they moved when the census was being taken.

Yes..... The age of James was about right but not for Frances..
But thought it was worthy of note ......

There were several pages too  faded to read for Whitwick
so they could well  have been there  .....

thanks for your reply, i will bear in mind that it could be them,at least i can confirm that they were not in Nottingham in 1841.
