Deaths for Griffiths in Bletherston

Hello List,
Can anybody tell me if there is a website to look up deaths in Wales? No luck on IGI.  I am looking for a Charles and Martha Griffiths born 1806 and 1810 in Pembrokeshire.

Hi Karenn,

Try http://freebmd.rootsweb.com -- it finds lots of deaths for Charles Griffiths in Pembrokeshire. If you can identify the right person, you can order certificates from http://www.gro.gov.uk/. Have you found them in any censuses? If so, that will help by giving dates at which you know they were alive.

For Martha, you'll have to find her married name (if any) before looking for a death, as it will have been registered in her married name. You can find marriages and births on freebmd too. (Or if this is a married couple, try searching on freebmd for their marriage.)

Also, you +might+ find Griffiths written as Gruffydd--worth checking both spellings.
