Hi I haven't got the information that you want, but you might be interested to know that HALS (Hertfordshire Alchive and Local Studies Group) have every marriage in Hertfordshire on their computers.
If you contact them, they can do a search. If it takes them less than 5 minutes to find the information you want, then they don't charge you.

There seems to be some confusion here.  HALS is a facility based at County Hall, Hertford, and not a group.

The Hertfordshire Marriage Index is an extension of the original Allen Index which comprised all known Herts marriages that took place within the county between 1538 – 1837.  The index has now been computerised and extended typically to 1855, but in some cases beyond this.  However it is not complete.
