In 1871 Both the KNAPP and SHARMAN families were living in Winchester. I should think there is some connection somehow with your Eliza ROBSON.
Especially as both Sophia SHARMAN and Hannah KNAPP were both born in Chilbolton.

The SHERMANS in 1871, who your Louis was with in 1881, have two children staying with them named SMITH and MUNDAY relationship shown as relatives.
I think you should research the SMITH/MUNDAY familes of Chilbolton and it mat answer your question as to who Eliza ROBSON's parents were.
She could even be the Elizabeth SMITH shown in 1851 census shown above.
