1841/1851 Census, HARRISON, West Hartlepool

Looking for a Samuel Harrison  in West Hartlepool area but born about 1833 in Cromer, Norfolk.  Most likely in a sea-faring family.  He was in Stranton in 1861 having married a Kent girl.  I can't find him in Cromer in 1841 so the family may have moved north already - hence this request.
