Hi,
Is there anyway I can obtain a photo or post card of "The Cottages" On The Ridge, Ore, Sussex ? it is the birth place of my 2nd great grandmother..... and I would like to have a photo of them.

I will happily take pictures of the surviving cottages on the Ridge - but there is no guarantee that they are the one and same.

They are in the right area and of about the same date; but it is very difficult to try and follow the census enumerators path around the village as he collected the returns, because he names buildings and landmarks rather than streets.
