Does anyone know the identity of this Richard Savage?

He married Alice Watson, the daughter of Thomas Watson of Evesham/Bengeworth.She was also the sister of Bishop John Watson of Winchester. After Richard's death in 1551, his widow married William Smith of Stratford -on- Avon.
