COMPLETED Marriage Look up c1816 Somersham

I would be very grateful if anyone who has the Hunts Marriage Index could check for a marriage of John Merrill in around 1816, possibly in Somersham. His wife was Mary, surname I'm hoping to find, but I know from censuses that she was born in Somersham around 1793.

Unfortunately Somersham parish records have not been filmed and it's a long way from France to Huntingdon record office!

Hi David,

I would assume that it's the name of the church.  Maybe All Saints and St James?
I don't know the names of the churches in Huntingdon so I can't say for sure, Ruth

Ah! Got it!  Huntingdon All Saints and St John. I thought the Hunts referred to the county.
My ggg grandfather. Been looking for this marriage for years, and for some reason I thought that the Hunts marriage Index was the same as Boyd.  Now I know.
