Can someone please try to find for me Robert Whittle age in 1871 would be about 59 born Preston he was a Printer could be living in Blackburn Wife Elizabeth Thank you Sue.

The only one on the 1871 census is a widower living with his daughter and son in law, Andrew and Elizabeth Dewhurst in Blackburn, but he's a boiler maker.
Could this be him?

Sorry only have Robert on the 1861 census and it doesn't mention a daughter Elizabeth so I don't know  if he had one he may have changed his job from a printer to a boiler maker in 10 years but seems a bit old to do that thanks anyway Sue

This could well be him I know the age is out but he did have a daughter Ellen and she was 22 on the 1861 so that would be right also of course it says he was a printer . Doctor Septimus Forest thats posh for a Cotton Weaver Sue
