Particular interest would be in a John Cape with wife Dinah and possible child Wilfred.
If any other Cape families turned up though, it may be helpful to have these too.
Sorry I do not have a more detailed location - anything found though would be very much appreciated.

The first family certainly seem a very strong probability Ange. I will need to try and tie down John aged 21 to a mother Elizabeth (assuming that is his mum at the Head of Household).
Thanks for tracking this down for me, it really is very much appreciated .
If anyone has the 1851, I would still be interested in that too.

Thanks for that link, Sue, I wasn't aware of it before .
Some of mine could be on that Cockermouth 1 but not Dinah aged about 32yrs (realise she may have died), or Wilfred aged 10/11yrs (know he lived) that I had hoped for. Mind you, I have recently come across the person researching the line with the Wilfred aged 10mths that is shown, so will share this with them. We think our two lines are probably connected but can't tie down exactly how at moment. This may give us a further avenue of research.
Thanks also for sharing about being able to buy a transcript - this was also new to me. If no one can manage a look-up, I may go ahead and do so (just bit reluctant at moment as those I had hoped for don't seem to be there).

I haven't come across any links with Camerton, Andrew, but would still be interested in anything you have found as you never know, it may well connect in somewhere along the line. I have details of one Cape headstone from All Saints, Cockermouth and am likewise holding same on off chance it one day fills a gap in the puzzle.
By the way, hope you are now well settled in your new job. It is great that you still manage to find some time to help others with their research and is much appreciated.

Forgot to update this post sooner to say some fellow researchers helped me with the 1841/51 and so now complete (Cape was mis-transcribed as Cope on one).
Andrew, re your recent post, I have replied on your other thread. Thanks again.
