I know that they are from scottland my grandfathers name was Robert Craig... but further then that I'm too sure help me please

But no good guess as to birthdates, where b. in Scotland, when they might have immigrated and to what state, what his profession might be? 

You say "they"  --  any other names/data in addition to Robert Craig?

Don't think it is possible to search US beginning from Huh to 1930 without something more to go on even if you are guessing.

ABCraig, I checked your posting history --  you are looking in Canada as well?  Did you mis-post here for US or are now thinking US is a possible location as well?

FYI,  in US
1840  197 Craig Families mostly in NY,PA,OH,KY
1880, 2,631 Craig Families mostly in NY, PA,OH,IN,KY,IL,MO
1920  1,333 Craig Families mostly in NY, PA, OH, IL, MO, CA

I've got my fingers crossed you are looking in 1840!

To get some idea on ages/dates:

What is your Age?  (You don't have to tell me...just saying to start the caluculation process......
How old was your Father or what age was he when you were born? 
Do you know when your father married and/or where or what age he might have been when he married?
Where is your father in the birthorder of his siblings?
Depending on above answers,  Grandfather probably married and had his 1st child between ages 20-25.  Maybe earlier or later, if you know of any special circumstances.
Do the math and see if you come up with some approx. age dates that make sense.
Do you know where your Father was born?  In Scot, Canada US? 
Try this backward progression plus anything from family lore that comes to mind.

Thomas Robert Craig is your Father
Robert Scott Craig is your GF
Who is Robert Nelson Craig?
Who do you think Joyce is?  Wife of whom or Sister to??
