Marriage Record Benjamin Helland to Hannah Selveson Dec. 15, 1876 Ogle Co., IL
This was only hit for years 1851-1900 in all of Illinois Hannah used initial "S" in 1910 Census Is “Helland” a variation for “Holland” or just error? When I looked at actual image could be “e “or could be “o”. But for marriage and census record to be a consistent error, would be rare. But then look at Hannah’s maiden name variation?!

the Norwegians had very different naming practices that we are used to. If you are wanting to track this family backwards to Norway then this list is one you want to join
Post the information you have plus what Kathy and Markus have posted here for you and keep your fingers crossed. This list recently traced a Torgerson family back to the mid 1700's
