Renton family

Looking for info on Janet (aka Jessie) RENTON b 3 Feb 1819 in Fife. Died 22 March 1873. She was the daughter of William RENTON and Elizabeth JOHNSTON.
Janet married Thomas KELLY in 1840.
I am interested in finding more about her siblings and parents so I can hopefully encourage a bit of lateral growth on this old tree.
I am more tha happy to share any info I have that may benefit other listers with the same name interests.

Hi,

Checked and double-checked both SP and IGI, the only Janet Renton born 03/02/1819 was the daughter of James Renton and Mary Douglas @ Abbotshall..

William Renton and Elizabeth Johnston had the following children - only Sarah was not born @ Bathgate :

03/07/1808 - Sarah

20/12/1809 - Christian

08/03/1812 - James

10/03/1814 - Agnes

07/07/1816 - Marrion

18/07/1819 - Janet

23/09/1820 - Johnston

Thank you to everyone who has helped me out here!
Scotland was just brilliant. Unfortunately not any time for research - blast! Cry  Hard to do with an 11 year old in tow.
I have a few children for Janet and Thomas, 7 in all - Alexander, William, Thomas, Elizabeth, John, Janet and Christina.
I am interested in find out what became of those left behind when the four eldest came to Australia with their father, leaving Mum and the other 3 back in Edinburgh! This is the next facinating phase of my research!
