Looking for any information on John c1798 and Peggy c1804 who left Liverpool 17/06/1854 to Portland, Australia on board "Edward Johnstone" Records I have show they lived Balmeanach and appear to have worked for Mr Rainy of Raasay. They had 7 children one of which ( Rachel) stayed at home (maybe she got married) whilst the rest of the family immigrated to Aus.
Also on board the ship was a James and Janet c1802 &1800 respectivelly and family. Could this have been a brother?
