Looking for birth of Nicholas STEPHENS in Helston

My g.grandfather Richard Stephens was born 1851 in Truro.

His father Nicholas Stephens was a carpenter.
I believe I have found the right family and have at last tracked Nicholas in 1861 census in Falmouth(name spelled Stevens).He puts his place of birth as Helston.

Can anyone find his birth about 1820/1?

I know its a long shot but any help would be greatly appreciated

  I have found a birth on IGI of Nicholas Stephens

16/sept/1821 Helston.
Father Nicholas
Mother Ann.
  I'm hoping this is my Nicholas Huh

Now I'm asking if anyone has access to any records (i.e. marriage,death,census)  that might help me find out more about my family.
Nicholas(1821) was a carpenter and on his marriage certificate states his father was also a carpenter.

I know its another long shot but don't know where else to go on this family
