1641/2 Westmorland Protestation Returns

I have access to the index compiled by M A Faraday.  For each parish, it lists the men >=18 (in some parishes <=60) taking or not taking the protestation oath.  Sometimes whether the man signed or marked.

Please supply:
a surname and forename for Westmorland-wide search
at least a surname for specific Westmorland parish search.
