I've heard nothing so far, but figured it was still too early to expect someone to get the information together. I can't help wondering if it's all too good to be true. One can only hope that such angels do exist!

Irish records seem so hit and miss to me, Collette, that truthfully, it would be worth 5 Euros to me to find out about my grandmother's 11 or so siblings. That's a lot of history!

It really is fantastic. The owner Lindel and others have done an enormous amount of work for us Donegal descendants. She has cleared up many a mystery for me with mine! She is also extremely helpful if you contact her.
Good luck Elaine

If they are in the index it means they are on the site somewhere. You have to spend time and go through it carefully. It will take some time..........

Hello Elaine, below is the info that I found: Hello Lost Ancestor, I hope this offer is still current as am in England and don't know how else to access the 1901 for the parish of Clondahorky,Donegal. I found an index to the 1901 census which I'm sure has my ancestor on it. Boyle,Charles,6 (people in household),Castledoe. I would love to see who else was at home with Charles on this day. Many thanks for your kind offer. Best wishes Jenny Other parishes had full transcriptions but Clondahorky seemed to only have the Index transcribed. What do you think? Best wishes Jenny

Thanks for posting the link Elaine48. I was trying to find my late Grandmothers family who lived in Downies (Downings), the parish is Mevagh but I can't see this listed. Are all the transcribed census records listed by parish or might they be under the nearest town or district? Thanks.
