I Have just entered my Jones Surname on the table.Thats as far as i got. I clicked on the help button and got a message that the page doesn't exist. Nothing is working for me  How do i find the page with other Jones's on.

Celia,
Press the button "SHOW all with my surname interests". That should bring up all the Joneses. If it doesn't, come back here and leave a message for Bob, who will doubtless be able to solve the problem! I've just checked, and your name is listed there.

I am still finding this warning against our surname of NICHOLSON in the surname index.
It only appears when you ask for"Show all with my surname interest" and not when you ask for "Show all with my entered names".

No it does not appear on "Show my surname interest " on the left. It only appears when I click on " Show all with my surname interest".

Sorry to tell you this, but you are suffering from the O'Crikey ! - syndrome
Unfortunately, this is hereditary and can happen to everybody with an O'Someone in their ancestry !!
However, it is curable !! Medical therapy is being developed, along with a non-painful way of applying it !!
Please be patient !

You have 2 entries in the SIT: FRY and OUTTERIDGE
if I enter "fry", "SHOW all for the entered name" I get 7 RootsChatters searching for FRY ! (it doesn't matter if I click "exact", "begins ..", "within ..")
What happens when you click on "SHOW all with my Surname Interests" 
By the way, you are the only one searching for OUTTERIDGE.

Hallo
If you look back through some of the earlier pages of this thread you'll see that some of us had exactly the same problem. One solution was to briefly disable your firewall eg Norton which usually enabled access to SIT and speaking for myself I never had a problem thereafter. I think others had to go to internet options and delete their temporary files too

Can't you enter the same name twice? For example, I have two unrelated WILLIS families. One from Bucks, one from Yorkshire. I have added the one from Bucks but can't seem to get the one from Yorkshire to appear.
Same with another surname in my tree.
