Looking for information on a Robert Hooper who married Catherine Ley daughter of Richard Ley and Mary Jane on August 20 1798. Catherine Ley born May 11 1777. Richard Ley and Mary Jane married December 7 1774.
Robert Hooper and Catherine Ley had a son Richard Ley Hooper. Looking at later census reports, Richard Ley Hooper was born abou 1799 in Devonport.
Richard Ley Hooper married Ann Wills. Ann Wills was born 1793 in St Neot, Cornwall. Hooper family later found in St Cleer, Cornwall.
I am seeking information on Hooper and Ley families from Devonport. Anyone that can help?
