Looking for any information on Alexander Pennyquick.
Joined the Royal Navy in 1938.(HMS MAMELUKE)
After the war Joined the New Zealand Navy.
Any information very much appreciated.

Are you also considering the name spelled as PENNYCUICK?
On ScotlandsPeople Wills Index are 3 Thomas PENNYCUICKs who died around 1880, 1885 and 1898 in LNK and MDL, and a Euphemia PENNYCUICK nee MARSHALL who died around 1870 MDL, spouse of a John PENNYCUICK.

Could be forebrears of your Alexander.

There are 200+ PENNYCUICK on IGI for Scotland, 48 of which are in LNK, but no PENNYQUICK at all.
