Doing a bit of work on the extremely basic site and I was wondering if someone could do me a favour.
I used to have a great little book that helped me write the pages but I've sadly lost it in the house move. So I don't know if I've done the Meta tags right.
Can a kind soul look at the source on the page linked above and let me know if I've done it right and it would work? I know it hasn't broken the page so there's a bonus.

My last question.
What is the tag for a URL to open in a new window?
I've done a link to Rootschat using the logo gif ...
a href="http://www.Rootschat.com" img src="Rootschat.gif" /a
With appropriate brackets
But I want the site to open in a new window.

Re your first post, I think the header meta tags look ok.
If I think I know what you are trying to do  this is a sample code for the second bit.
<a href="www.rootschat.net" target="_blank"><img src="your image url here" width="insert width of image" height="insert height of image" border="0"></a>
or more simply:
<a href="www.rootschat.net" target="_blank"><img src="your image url here"></a>
When someone clicks on the image it will open the rootschat site in a new window
Is that it?

Whahaey. That's it.
Ta very much. I obviously haven't used that tag before because I didn't recognise it.
I just wanted to add a prominant link to the home page since thanks to Suttontrusts post regarding Altavista I had a sneeky peek and I was on the first page.
Phew 2 amendments in a day. I'm exhausted.
