1851 census lookup please

I am looking for George Todd who was born in Norfolk (Roughton or Knapton) but does not appear in the Norfolk 1851 census. He appears in the 1841 Norfolk census and the 1861 Huntingdonshire (St. Ives).

Hi Gary

Hunts 1851 has not yet been released on CDrom, although Hunts FHS has  transcripts available on fiche, indexed parish by parish. Perhaps someone has the St Ives set.
