Dentist - George Ivanhoe Douglas Bowman Bristol

Does anybody know this dentist who is my Grandfather.  Apparently during the 1920's, 30's and 40's - Also maybe the 50's.  I can only find his birth and he is noted on the 1901 Census.  He was born 1894.
