Can anyone help?
I am looking for the marriage of Joseph Hartshorn to Ann (Hannah?) before 1845 at Benthall.
Joseph and Ann were both born in Benthall as was their first (as far as I know) child, Rebecca.
I have this info. from the 1861 census when they lived in Dalaston Staffs - their other children were born in Dudley, so would have been in Dudley on the 1851 census.

I have had a look on Free BMD http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl but nothing comes up for your Hartshorn marriage, except for one in 1841 Wolverhampton district, which isn't right. The registration district for Benthall is Madeley:-
Madeley Created 1st July 1837. Sub-districts : Broseley; Dawley; Madeley; Much Wenlock. GRO volumes : XVIII (1837-51); 6a (1852-1930). Barrow, Benthall, Broseley, Buildwas (1837-95), Dawley Magna, Linley, Little Wenlock, Madeley, Much Wenlock, Posenhall, Stirchley, Willey. Registers now divided between Bridgnorth, Telford & Wrekin and Shrewsbury districts.
The birth, marriages and deaths index on this site is not yet complete and is still an ongoing project.
You could try searching at http://www.1837online.com/Trace2web/ which has the complete index but is a pay-per-view site.
