Richard Stephen Harding

Trying to find Richard Stephen Harding born abt 1883.

Richard was the son of Evelyn Thomas Harding and Margaret Jane Moir married Tranmere, Chester on 6/6/1880.  Evelyn and Margaret appear in the 1881 Census with 1f child Mary Ann.

Evelyn and Margaret travelled to Australia aboard the SS Jumna with there family Mary Ann, Richard, Celia and Evelyn Thomas (jnr).

Richard married and died in Queensland, Australia.  His death records shows died aged 66 years born in Birkenhead, Cheshire, England and lived in Queensland, Australia 61 years.

I have been unable to find a birth record for him.
Could someone please look and see if you could find him for me?
