Has anyone any biographical information on Robert Wooll of Wisbeach, who was robbed in a dancing booth at Peterborough Bridge Fair in 1849?

PETERBOROUGH.
Bridge Fair. - Police News. - The Fair. - On Wednesday, before Colonel Vaughan, at his residence at Woolstone, two women, who gave their names as Jane Gillespie and Mary Langham, who had been apprehended in the fair ground by Adams, were examined on a charge of picking the pocket of Robert Wooll, of Wisbeach, miller, of 10s.- The prosecutor was employed as a waiter in the London booth. About three o;clock on Wednesday morning he left the booth to purchase some bread for breakfast, but before leaving he counted his money, and found he had 10s. 6d. in half-crowns, shillings, and sixpences, which he placed in his right hand waistcoat pocket. He bought the bread at a booth adjoining, and as he was coming out of that booth, with his bread under his coat, the two women met him; the biggest of them caught hold of him and held him tight as if she was going to scuffle with him; the other woman came up directly and took hold of the big woman and made a scuffle. When he got away from them, and not more than half a minute afterwards, he felt in his pocket and missed 10s. of the money - a sixpence being left in the bottom. He went back directly and accused them of robbing him; they made a laugh at him. He then gave them into the custody of Adams, one of the special constables, who took them to the lock up at Fletton. The prosecutor said he had never seen or spoken to either of the women previously to their attacking him. It was quite light (being a full moon the night before), so that he could see them. When the prisoners were searched at the lock-up, nothing was found on Gillespie, beyond a pair of gloves and a penny; and on Langham was found seven half-crowns and shillings and sixpences, to the amount of 24s. 6d., with 2d. in copper and four thimbles. The prisoners say they are innocent. They were fully committed for trial at the next Hunts. sessions...
