Hi Cullen Thanks for checking but sadly not my John He died at the end of 1861 but I am still having a job with the children.Winslow is not far from me ( Milton Keynes) so it gives me another area to go snooping in.It seems they all got braver and moved out of Chearsley just in case I came looking. Thanks

Yes Francis is a good one he is grt grt grandfather. I was not sure when he left Chearsley as I found him on the 1881 in Cheddington. By luck some-one has just given me the bucks parish records for marriages in Cheddington so I will start ploughing through to find him or jane who he married. Thanks for your help I can easily get to the main library that have a great family history room so please let me know if I can return the favour (also I have 1851 census )
