does anyone know of records for military men late 1700`s early 1800`s? My ancestor Charles McKenzie is recorded on the 1841 census of Forfar as a naval pensioner. Does anyone have access to these records?

Hi Pam,
There is no garantee, that any of these men are yours.
But if he was a Naval Pensioner, this means he went through England. A Greenwich Pensioner,
This is the avenue, via the National Archives.
the ADM is Naval.
You can go ahead and buy the paper work.
