A Woman Obsessed

Prison records
« on: Sunday 01 August 04 13:17 BST (UK) »

Apparently my grandfather, after he left the Army, used to go for long periods without being in touch with his family.  He would suddenly turn up at his brother's house after a gap of ten years.  It occurred to me to wonder if he might have spent time in prison.  Is there any way I can find out?  This would have been in the 1950s/60s and possibly the 70s.
