Can't seem to find these people on the 1861 Census Roy, but have found the marriage of
William KNIGHT and
Sohpia NEWMAN
In 1842 in Romford
September Quarter 12 312

If they married in Essex - perhaps they were born there - how about this couple from the 1871 census - St George Bloomsbury London
William Knight abt 1805 Saffron Walden, Essex, England Head
Sophia Knight abt 1814 Stock, Essex, England Wife
George Knight abt 1858 Wapping, Middlesex, England Son Mary A J Knight abt 1854 Wapping, Middlesex, England Daughter
I think Harry had a son Harry W born 1869 in Wapping so that would fit too

I didn't realise you had access to the 1871 Census Returns  but it certainly looks like the family - just the same I still can't find them on the 1861 Census so
