Hi Pat,

I have the parish registers for St Mary's, Stilton 1604-1970 and there are no Garret Tylers in the index.  There are no Garrets or Tylers listed either.  I wondered if his parents were unmarried when he was born in 1802 which is why he has the double barrelled surname?  Anyway, he wasn't baptised in Stilton, Ruth
