Enough info to order Birth Certificate?
« on: Monday 15 August 05 14:13 UTC (UK) »

One of my gggrandparents children was born in Ireland c1862, I know his parents names, where they married and where they were living at the time of marriage. I know it would be in the parish of Loughinisland but is this enough information to request his birth certificate.

Any help appreciated.
