Walker family (and others) Matlock - house deeds
« on: Wednesday 17 August 05 17:25 UTC (UK) »

For anyone researching the Walker family in Matlock, I have in my possession a set of property deeds for Shop Yard, Starkholmes (part also known as Brine Croft) for various dates from 1794 to 1948.
Willing to transcribe these if requested, also can send digital images (scanned/photographed). There are other surnames also mentioned, of tenants - can supply a list of these - but the Walker family seem to have been the copyholders/freeholders for the entire period.

For a look up request please start a new topic in the CENSUS and RESOURCE LOOKUP REQUEST board for this county

- cheers. Steve Henley.
