Searching for birth record of my grandfather
JOHN MAHER Born approx 1878.Tipperary/ Thurles.
Father John Maher Quarryman.
Mother Johanna Maher nee Connell.

He had a sister Johanna Maher.Born  Approx 1874
I found record of birth of.
Joanna Connell Born Aug 1845.Roman Catholic.
Dromtarriff,Cork.Ireland.
Father John Connell.
Mother Cath Curran.
John Maher Snr. Died ?? Wife and 2 children had no means of support so they had to leave Ireland.I found family in 1891 Census Liverpool.
Is it possible to find record of birth for John Maher.Jnr.

Can anyone tell me what happened to the Minehans who lived in Railway House in Thurles?  Jack Minehan was the foreman at the railway and was married to Kitty Digby.  They had five children - Brian, Nora, Margaret, Pauline and Peter.
