Cook/Cowl(e) families

I'm trying to trace the family of William Cook (b.1829).  William married Ann Cowl(e) on 1 Sept 1850 in St. Stephens by Saltash.  They had 10 children: Jane (b.1852), William James (b.1853), Susan (b.1858), Eliza (b.1859), John (b.1861), Mary Ann (b.1865), Ellen (b.1867), Harriet (b.1868), Samuel (b.1870) and Charlie (b.1871).

Ann Cowl(e)'s parents were called John (b.1797, St.Germans) and Ann (b.Duloe).

I believe William's parents to be William Cook and Catherine Serpell.

If anyone recognizes this family, it'd be great to hear from you.
