George Woodhams Conveyance of property Hastings

In 1848 properties in Hastings,warehouse and premises were conveyed by the heirs of George Woodhams to John Sargent  (A2A site) this would suggest that George was dead, I am missing any details except his birth of my 2x great grandfathers brother George who was born 1813 Hastings could this be he? coincidentally Georges mother was Martha Sargent so maybe another connection, has any one details of the death or burial of a George that suits or any details of the said heirs?
