Parish poor records for Frindsbury Kent

Can anyone help me!
I am looking for the father of Fanny Harvey born 1847 to unmarried Sarah Harvey Frindsbury Kent.Someone has told me I might find her father in the poor records for the area,as there may have been a payment order against the alleged father.
