Their's more Aussies on this site than wombats in the boolabong.....( something like that).....we don't mind them though, their good losers....they don't declare so often nowadays after the World Cup (Rugby) and the Ashes (yes that competetion they was going to win 5-0) but just like any other human being we are glad to help if we can?  Roll Eyes

William Capel has declared himself to be a Beer Retailer in the Census of 1851...............(you didn't say what he was on the marriage cert of 1845?) and so should appear on a London Trade Directory of the time (people hopefully have these directories on CD) ........try placing a lookup for your man in the 1848 London Post Office Directory.......and if he had the same occupation in 1845? try the 1843 London Post Office Directory
