Looking for marriage of Female Meggison to male Steele, abt. 1840

On the 1861 Census, there is a Mary Steel living with James Meggison and Elizabeth Hazard.  She is 12 and is listed as a servant.  Suspect she is a relative. 
Would be born abt. 1849 in Durham.  Of course, she could be the result of a female Hazard married to a male Steel.
Any ideas.
