Hi Does anyone have access to the 1861 or 1871 Census for Rosskeen in Ross&Cromarty that could lookup the following family for me im trying to find the age of the mother as she died before 1881.
Info i have is
Angus Reid married Ann Munro 9 may 1851 Rosskeen
Children were

i dont wish to appear rude, but did you mean that the mother (ann) was dead before 1881?? - or have i just read your posting wrong? 
it is just that i found this entry in the 1881 census.....

also, i just did a check on scotlandspeople, (i havent viewed actual certs though, so i cant be certain that this is the correct person you are looking for).
there is a death entry for an "ann reid" aged 62years in rosskeen in 1890.
then i substituted "reid" for "munro" and there is also one entry for "ann munro" aged 62years in rosskeen. - her age would also almost match the entry i found earlier in the 1881 census, depending on when her birthday was....
i hope this helps a little.

i meant to get this posting taken off by now im so sorry about that i have the deaths of birth Angus and Ann Now i had trouble tracing them at first because i was told ann had died before 1881 untill i traced them there is abit of a descrepancy with the ages of ann from the earlier census with whats on the igi but have it all sorted now but thanks for trying for me.
