Does sorting this by RG/Folio put them into family groups... or households?

Yes, if you find matching piece and folio numbers, would be a fair bet that they are the same family.

I have copied your info onto a spreadsheet and sorted by folio... I have heaps of ancestors in Shoreditch and was interested to see what might show up.

Not sure how to post the results though...
